We are not currently providing options for back-orders or pre-orders. However, you can get an email once the items comes back in stock by:
- On the product page, Click on the size that is Out of Stock.
- A form will appear to enter your email to sign up for the alert. Simply complete this form.
Items that are not discontinued usually come back in stock with a couple of weeks.
Orders placed online can only be shipped from our warehouse, we do not allow any walk-ins for pickups/returns/exchanges at our warehouse location due to a policy imposed by the property management.
Some banks will put a hold for the amount even if the transaction was voided and uncollected by us (this is usually the case for debit cards). The hold is in the form of a pending charge and not a settled transaction. The issuing card companies usually resolves itself within 3 business days but sometimes up to 30 business days. This is a transaction policy that is imposed by your bank even if the transaction was denied and uncollected by us. At the moment, we do not sell gift cards.
We accept prepaid cards like Visa, Amex, and Mastercard 💳 as long as the full order total is available on the card. At this time, we're unable to split payments or use multiple cards per order, so the full amount must be covered for the transaction to go through ✨
Oh no, babe - we're so sorry this happened 💔 Unfortunately, once a package is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, there's very little we're able to do on our end.
Your best chance of recovering your order is to check with the current residents or location where it was delivered. In most cases, packages delivered to an incorrect address are not returned to us.
