I'm 32DD and the Large fits perfect, I love my new bikini. I'm surprised I am a large, but yes it fits great.
I bought the XL and I think it fits perfect. I’m a 34DDD or 36DD and it’s hard for me to find a triangle top that fits and covers and still looks good. I could probably size down to a L but I like the extra fabric on the top. I would definitely recommend the pad inserts if you don’t want nipples saying hi to everyone.
