Can I Buy a Bikini Top and Bottom in Different Sizes?

Yes. Every DOLL bikini top and bottom is sold separately, so you can buy your top in one size and your bottom in another, like a Large top with a Small bottom. You can also choose a different cut and color for each piece. A complete bikini (one top plus one bottom) is $80 to $120, and 92% of our looks are under $100.

What can I mix and match?

You choose the size, cut and color of your top and your bottom separately:

• Size. Size your top by your bra size and your bottom by your hips. Nearly all of our tops come in Small, Medium, Large and XL, and our bottoms come in Small, Medium and Large.
• Cut. Pair any top shape, like a triangle, halter or swim bra, with the bottom coverage you love, from Full Coverage and Classic to Micro and Brazilian Thong. Many of our prints come in several cuts.
• Color. Match your print exactly, or pair a print with a solid.

How do I pick my top size and bottom size?

Size each piece on its own. Our sizes run small compared with department stores, so please check our size chart before you order, even if you know your usual size.

Tops: choose by your bra size.

A few of our tops also come in XS, which fits the same bra sizes as Small. If your bra size is listed under two sizes, like 36DD, choose the bigger size for more coverage or the smaller size for a more revealing fit. Our XL fits up to a 40DD. For a fuller bust, our Stylists often suggest a halter top, which gives more support and coverage than a triangle top.

Bottoms: choose by your hip measurement.

Our bottoms sit on the hips, so go by your hip measurement rather than your waist. Between sizes? Going up one size adds about half an inch of coverage all around, so size up for more coverage or size down for a cheekier fit.

How do I order a top and bottom in different sizes?

Each bikini page on doll.com shows both pieces from the photo, each with its own color swatches, sizes and price:

1. Open the look you love. You'll see the top (for example, "Triangle Top") and then the bottom (for example, "Classic Bottom").
2. Change a piece if you'd like. Tap a color swatch under the top or the bottom to swap just that piece. For a different cut, tap the ••• button at the end of the swatches to open Mix it! or Match it! There you'll see the matching pieces in the same print, and you can choose a Top Shape or Bottom Coverage, a Style and a color. The other piece stays on the page.
3. Choose your sizes last. Tap your size under the top, then your size under the bottom. They don't have to match. Changing a piece clears the sizes you've tapped, so pick sizes once you're happy with both pieces.
4. Tap Add to Bag. Both pieces go into your bag as separate items, each in the size you chose.

Want just one piece? Tap a size for that piece only and leave the other one blank. Only pieces with a size selected go into your bag, and you can tap a size again to unselect it. If the size you need is sold out, tap it to sign up for an email when it's back in stock.

How much does a mix-and-match bikini cost?

Most of our tops and bottoms are $39.99 to $49.99 each, and specialty styles go up to $69.99 a piece. A complete bikini (one top plus one bottom) is $80 to $120, and 92% of our looks are under $100. For example, our Black Triangle Bikini Top and Black Classic Scrunch Bikini Bottoms are $39.99 each, about $80 for the full look. Every size of a piece is the same price, so mixing sizes never costs more. (Prices as of November 2026. Sale styles can be lower.)

What if one piece doesn't fit?

Because each piece is its own item, you can return just the top or just the bottom and keep the other. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, in new condition with tags and hygienic liners attached. Items marked Final Sale can't be returned.

We don't do direct size exchanges, because we can't guarantee the size you want will still be in stock. Here are your two options:

1. Place a new order for the size you need now, then return the original for a refund. This is the fastest way to get your new size.
2. Return for store credit, then use your credit toward the new size.

Mix and Match Sizing FAQ

Can I order a larger size top than bottom?

Yes, absolutely. We sell our tops and bottoms separately, so you can choose the size that fits you best for each piece, like an XL top with a Medium bottom.

Can I buy just the top or just the bottom?

Yes. On the product page, tap a size for the piece you want, leave the other piece without a size, and tap Add to Bag. The only exception is the occasional style with "Bikini Set" in its name, which is sold as one item.

Can I get the same print in a different bottom style?

Many of our prints come in more than one cut, such as Classic, Full Coverage and Brazilian Thong. On the product page, tap the ••• button next to the bottom's color swatches to see the cuts that come in your print. If a cut isn't shown, it isn't available in that print right now.

Why can't I find the bottom that matches my top?

If the bottom from the photo isn't on the page, it has sold out or been discontinued. If it's only sold out, our Stylists can tell you whether a restock is coming. You can also pair your top with another cut in the same print, or with a solid. We don't offer custom pieces or alterations.

Do your bottoms come in XL?

Not right now. Our bottoms come in Small, Medium and Large, and our Large fits a 40 inch hip (pant size 10 to 12). Nearly all of our tops come in XL, and you can pair an XL top with any bottom size.

I'm a 40DD. Do I have to get an XL top?

XL is our recommended size for a 40DD, and it gives you the most coverage. You don't have to stick with it, though. If you like a more revealing look, you can size down. It's all about your comfort and how you like your tops to fit.

Can I return just the bottom and keep the top?

Yes. Each piece is its own item, so you can return one and keep the other within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's in new condition with tags and hygienic liners attached. Items marked Final Sale can't be returned.

How do I make sure a top and bottom I buy separately will match?

Check that both pieces have exactly the same print name. A few of our prints look alike but differ in small details, like the lace on our Lanai and Maui prints.
